Adverse Possession !!! FREE Real Estate

Adverse possession can sometimes mean property owners are claiming rights to adjacent land boundaries. Their actual boundaries may be misunderstood. One will have to prove in court as a rightful owner. 

Texas 1st Court of Appeals upheld - "mistaken belief of ownership can be sufficient for adverse possession." If a person believed they owned it for a sufficient time and and built improvements to the land. Then, it is ownership as of Texas Law. 

Adverse Possession may involve a trespasser taking possession of an abandoned residential property.

Texas Law section 16.025 says, "adverse possession can be established after 5 years if, trespasser cultivates the land, pays property taxes, and claims the land under a duly registered deed.

Winning at life.

     Too often, social media is drowning in people arguing over politically charged topics. We've all seen our  politically opinionated friends blasting at each other. But this week, I noticed blogs don't seem to have all that blasting opinionated stuff all over the common interest focused conversations. Maybe dischord does happen. But, I haven't seen it yet. What I have learned about blogs is that it is that they seem to be people who are actually trying to help other people in some way or another.
     I have been so turned off by the negative junk that I read; that I didn't even want to look at new social sites. Now I feel a little differently. It seems that I may find quite a few hobby interest blogs that I could join. Cool, education brought me a win.

A kid on my shoulders.

The image of a kid riding on Dad's shoulders is not that out of the ordinary. But if you think about what Dad's are supposed to for children; it can portray a life parallel to the image. My opinion, is that a Dad provides  solid ground, from which to the child will build their own life. I'm taking it a bit further and providing a launchpad, from which he will jump and run. We study together, we do playgrounds, we catch reptiles, we eat Chipotle, we burn ants, we build legos, (I hate lego, but I do it with a smile), we cut up a dead shark, we go surfing when the hurricanes come, we jump into creeks, we go gator spotting, and we jump bmx bikes. So I say to other parents, what would a helicopter parent do? Do the exact opposite. Encourage the child to live independently. Literally, be the launchpad.

I'm at Hollywood, California Guitar Center. Largest collection of 50's and 60 instruments in a commercial marketplace. The guitar I'm holding was created in July of 1959. It was the first month that Fender did the rosewood neck Stratocaster. So that makes it about $25,000.00.

In the beginning...

The beginning of a weblog.

     Were floating along a in a typical barred spiral galaxy known as the Milky Way. The embodiment of galactic central point is roughly 25,000 light years across. Our solar system is in the outer edge of an arm on the spiral disk. At our location, the arm is about 3,ooo light years thick. The galaxy rotates only 1 time over a period of 240 million years. That means that is has only rotated 52 times since it's estimated age of 13 billion years.
      The amount of dust floating within the inner arms of the spiral galaxy creates a dark cloud that blinds our optical view of  galactic central point. We are only able to see the outer edges of it in the night sky because of all the debris floating in between us the center. One of the most interesting parts is that there is a super massive black hole at the center of our galaxy that is consuming everything. We are floating along in it's gravitational spiral.

     To see the central point, travel way out into the wilderness, or out into an ocean where it is very dark. Then, look up at two bright cloudy strips of stars. The dark cloudy stripe in the middle, that is the Milky Way central point. It's black because it is hidden by space debris.
